Call Center logging off agents

I am using Call Center Professional on Call Pilot and have a strange problem.

Every once in awhile, it will suddenly log all the agents out.

Not one at a time, but all of the agents at once.

According to the call center supervisor, no calls are coming in at the time but suddenly everyone gets logged off. Including the supervisor.

Unfortunately, I have not been able to duplicate the problem, so I have not actually seen this happen.

Does anyone know if there are any issues with Call Center that would cause the system to just log everyone off?

They also say that occasionally one operator will get logged off, even though no call was presented.

Any ideas?
 
That would certainly explain one instance of this.

I will have them monitor to see if this is what is happening and if this is the only time they are all being logged off.
