Call Center Light indicators

Has anybody installed a "calls waiting" indicator lamps on a Call Pilot 100/150 Norstar Call Center, or BCM Call center.... Example. would like a red, yellow, green lamps on wall to indicate to the call center personell that calls are waiting... hope that makes sense... Cannot seem to find any information on this....

on the call pilot call center you have 2 options of wallboard
1 is the ipview (pop up window on computer) or a wallboard
that acts like a message board on the wall where the agents can see it ,
i have only used the ipview, in most callcenters having the info on the computer is a lot cleaner than a big thing on the wall

Thanks Fireeater. Unfortunately, I will have to have to have something on the wall because these reps. do not sit at their desks alot of the time... Believe it or not this is at a motorcycle business and they are continually on the move...

fireater do you have to have reporting to make the ipview work? I thought you needed that.
