My Feature codes for my Call Pilot 150 Call Center changes upon every power recycle. My Login/Logout Feature Code started out as Feature 921, then went to 928, then 935. Never ran across this before. Was wondering why it didn't start out initially at Feature 904. Any thoughts?

what are you seeing if you run Feature **XFTEST ? could you be jumping numbers because the old codes are still active and the CP searched and found the next higher available set of features?

No, but that same day I removed a NAM running ACD with this Call Pilot. I was thinking the same thing.

power off applications
like jerryreeve said do a xftest and remove inactive codes and power up
that should bring up the lowest possibles codes
