Hi,
I have BCM in main location with call center installed, and another location with BCM connected to the main one via voip trunks. May I have some agents located in the remote location connected to the call center in the main BCM?
Thank you.

I don't think so I do believe you can overflow to the other site and have a Call Center on it too.

Only if they were IP telephones registered off the main BCM, it won't work over VoIP trunks. But cook's idea would work.

I have the same senario and use IP phones to logg into the BCM with the call center. Since both systems are networked you can use the agent phones to communicate with the others in the office just fine. I have had no problems with it so far.
