Hi, I need some advice on how to create a call-by-call report on symposium. We currently have installed teh Symposium Express Call Center Version 4.2 .I know the standard reporting dosen't support call-by-call report, but reading the attached doumentation, explain how to use the tables (via ODBC, using the data base CBC) and the only prerequisite espcified is to configure the server to collect these data. How could we configure it to store this data? (I have the tables dbo_NIeCallByCallStatXXXXXXXX in that db, also, but empty).Is there another way to retrieve data at call detail level?
