Call Billing system link to Siemens Hicom 300 H

Dear all,

Does anyone have any ideas why my call billing system sometimes not able to collect data from my PABX system; And to solve this problem, i need to unplug the connection cable which attached to the PSIO card; At the same time, i need to reboot my call billing system.

Please help.
