i know you put output on the 232 port . and im 70 percent sure you can out put on a port on the lan port as well . you just set the tcp port is uses under the smdr settings .
this is how its done on the newer systems anyway . what every software you use will just listen on that port .
toll ring and oak here in the uk do software that captures records
but i suspect this is probebrly a old hotel . and if you just tell the system to throw the data out on port 8888 for instance you can just give it normally to the front of house software company who will set it up their end .
