Is it possible to bar a user from dialling out apart from a few specified by the customer? i though about using User rights and short codes but not sure if the Outgoing call bar ticked would stop this.
You can set the allowed numbers as emergency short codes (generates alarms, though) or you can add them to phone book and set phone book overrides call barring.
Create an ARS table for them that only allows what you want, and Barrs everything else.
Create a shortcode to use the new ARS table.
Add that shortage to the user rights to be applied to the restricted users.
You can assign multiple dealing strategies to multiple users this way.
