We are using Avaya IP Office 500 with 10 SIP trunk licenses, 4 VM licenses, CCR and Agent License.
All are setup and running, CCR, Contact Store (Witness), VM Pro and IP Softphone
We are able to capture/record live voice conversations
The problem is, when we about to barge an agent who is currently engaged, the caller will be put on hold, but the barger and agent are not able to hear themselves, upon ending the barge call, the caller will be put back online.
Our main problem is, why is it during barging, the supervisor (barger) and the agent were not able to hear themselves?
Is it has something to do with the VM license? I've read some article that the barging will use another VM port, is it true?
Thanks in advance
