Call back to Reception

When a caller does not get through to the person they called and does not want to leave a voicemail, they push zero and are put back to the receptionist. However, I have one particular phone that does not do that. How do I make sure that the calls are routed back to the reception on this phone?

Has it ever worked from this extension? What happens when a 0 is pushed? Where does the call go?

I'm thinking that the simplest way to fix this..is get a 7310 that has the same type of settings as this extension and do a set copy sytem data&user..from working extension.

However..before doing that I'm thinking it would be best to answer the top questions..

If you mean the 0 goes somwhere else, it is under the mbx target attendant setting.

I went to the voice mail target attendant setting and changed it to operator (0). It works fine now. Thanks again.
