call back to operator in IVR

I am working on a call flow using VM pro and facing a question, don't know how it should be done. the process would be:
- Callers calls and gets to an operator

- Operator talks to caller

- Operator routes caller to IVR flow

- IVR flow takes place (getting info from client)

- IVR routes caller back to Operator

- Operator continues handling the call
the problem is the operator can transfer the call to the call flow by short code, but how the call flow can find out the operator's extension num? Thanks.
 
we had another thread the other day that wanted to be able to keep similar information.

i believe the end determination was that you would have to use database puts and gets within the call flow in order to store than info on the front end and then pull it back after the IVR
 
another solution is put the call and the IVR together in a conference.
