When a caller does not get through to the person they were transferred to and does not want to leave a voicemail, they push zero and are put back to the receptionist (works perfect). Is there a way to allow the caller to enter in another extension, instead of zero, to transfer to another person? Right now when I try this, it doesn’t do anything. Thanks for any help!

* then extension doesn't work. It states: "That command can not be used at this point". I am using a Call Pilot 150 and a MICS 6.1 if that helps any.

I set "Return to AA" to yes, but all this does is send a caller back to the AA after listening to an informational message. It doesn't fix the main problem.

Sorry, but "change the UI to nvm"? I don't understand what you are asking me to try. I am still learning!

The only way I know how for you to change the setting phoneguru is talking about is to log into the call pilot with a laptop and a crossover cable. The vm is the software interface like the flash voicemails. The cp is for the call pilot interface. You need to change the mailbox that is in question from cp interface to the vm interface.

Ounce you get into the call pilot from the laptop you can go into mailbox administration and change the interface for that perticular mailbox.

The quick start guide that came with the call pilot will instruct you how to connect to it with a laptop.
