What is the callback Number DN used for in Call Pilot?

Thanks,

Amit De

when you leave a msg, while the caller heres the msg, they can press 9 and call you back at that number. most times it can be just the dn of the mailbox. i have mine set to my cell phone.. since i am usually not at my desk..

The CALL BACK DN is The number that mailbox owners who use general access paging services and digital/numeric pagers must call back to retrieve their messages.

A callback number is shown on the pager’s display to indicate to the user the number to call to pick up messages.
(your box would need to have remote notification ON)

John - I think you are speaking of teh Revert DN
the REVERT DN is The DN to which callers are forwarded when they press 0 during a messaging or call answering session.

i thought that was for return call, press 9 during the msg, you may be right, guess i'll need to check the box.. thanks for the correction
