Hello folks,

I have a location with AVAYA 9650 (AVAYA Onex) hardphones.
The call back feature was working fine, but now when someone check the call log and select one of the dialers, the phone add 91 at the beginning of the dial number, so the call is route to a different location (receptionist) instead of the public number.

I checked all the configurations but I have not been able to find a root cause of this.
Any assistance is well appreciated.

Regards

Look in your 46xxsettings.txt
Look at SET PHNOL and SET PHNLD and around there. It determines how the phone should take a number on call display and format it to click to dial back - by adding the ARS access code or long distance code if necessary

This is what I found in the file:

SET PHNLD 1
SET PHNLDLENGTH 8
SET PHNOL 0

The phone is at Europe, so they used a 0xxx-xxx-xxx, that is why they dont need 9 o 1.
Please let me know if this a correct set of parameters.
