Hi all!
In our system"MD110 BC9" users used the "call back" feature when they found they found external lines busy they did 6#. But now 6# doesn't work. and I don't know where is exactly the problem. please help me to resolve it!
Hi kank thanks for your help!
here is my parameter cnfiguration:
for the category:
CAT TRAF SERV CDIV ROC
5 01050505 00121207 001151000 0000
for the route:
rou 30
sel 013000000000
TRM 4
SERV 2100030000
TRAF 01151514
SIG 200000000000
Like you see everthing is OK! So why it doesn't work???
With CNPIP:UNIT=QMP; you can find the LIM('s) where the program units concerning call back are located.
Then with RFPUI:UNIT=QMP,LIM=[use lim's from CNPIP]; restart them.
Then finish with SFCEI;
This worked fine with me.
Good luck.
