call back initiation??

Hi all!
In our system"MD110 BC9" users used the "call back" feature when they found they found external lines busy they did 6#. But now 6# doesn't work. and I don't know where is exactly the problem. please help me to resolve it!

hi, what u get when you try to call back.
 
check 6th digit on your extension's category serv paramater it shall be 2.
also check 2nd digit of your route's serv parameter it shall be 1.

Like you see everthing is OK! So why it doesn't work???
 

Hi,

With CNPIP:UNIT=QMP; you can find the LIM('s) where the program units concerning call back are located.
Then with RFPUI:UNIT=QMP,LIM=[use lim's from CNPIP]; restart them.
Then finish with SFCEI;

This worked fine with me.

Hi NCCOI!

My friend i've not found th program unit named QMP.. I think it exist under another name. here it is what md110(BC9) print out when I executed the command:
<CNPIP:UNIT=QMP;
NOT ACCEPTED
UNIT
DOES NOT EXIST
<
I need another idea!

In BC 9 it is unit CMPS9 ( internal ) and CMPS21 ( network ). A restart af one CMPSx will restart all CMPSx units.
 
I've restarted CMPSx units but it doesn't work..
I have always the problem, So I realy need your help!

Just to be sure - value of ASPAP PARNUM 19 = 6 ?

I've forced th system to reload manualy from the LPU5 card
Now the automatic call back works well
