So with some very good advise from a few members here I was able to change the number to pick up an outside line from a 9 to an 8. This problem now is that the dial back feature on the phones is still trying to dial a 9 when you choose to dial someone back from an outside number. Does anyone know where I can find this setting to change it?

It is most likely the prefix in the line settings. change it to 8. when an incoming call comes in does it put the 9 on the caller id?
