Call Back facility in SV8300 1

Dear sir

we have connected ips 2000 and SV8300 through CCIS. how to configure call back facility in SV8300 in pc pro to enable the extension users to use the facility.

Call back should already be enabled (default)
Check the SFC (Service Restriction Class ) of the stns that need to use it
1202 XXXXX (Stn No) XXZZ XX: 00-15 : Service Restriction Day
ZZ: 00-15 : Service Restriction Nght


Check that Callback is allowed for this SFC

1503 XX 1 : Allow
1503 ZZ 1 : Allow


Assign an access code

20 Y=0-3 No Pl Gr 0-3 X-XXXX:(Access Code) A002: Call Back Set
20 Y=0-3 No Pl Gr 0-3 X-XXXX:(Access Code) A003: Call Back Cancel

For setting the same access code as OG Trunk Queuing:

20 Y=0-3 No Pl Gr 0-3 X-XXXX: Access Code A004: Set
20 Y=0-3 No Pl Gr 0-3 X-XXXX: Access Code A005: Cancel

Assign a Call Back key to the Dterm, if desired. •
9000 My Line No,Key No: F0004: Trunk Queuing-Outgoing/Call

To set Call Back-CCIS from a Single-Line Telephone:
1. Dial the desired station number and receive busy tone.
2. Press the hook switch and receive Feature Dial Tone.
3. Dial the Call Back feature access code and receive Service Set Tone.
4. Replace the handset.
5. When the busy station becomes idle, the setting station will ring.
6. When the setting station answers, the originally called station will ring

To cancel Call Back-CCIS from a Single-Line Telephone:
1. Lift the handset and receive dial tone.
2. Dial the Call Back cancellation code and receive Service Set Tone.


To set Call Back-CCIS from a Dterm:
1. Dial the desired station number and receive busy tone.
2. Press the Call Back feature key and receive Service Set Tone.
3. Replace the handset.
4. When the busy station becomes idle, the setting station will ring.
5. When the setting station answers, the originally called station will ring.


To cancel a Call Back-CCIS from a Dterm:
1. Lift the handset or press the Speaker key and receive dial tone.
2. Press the Call Back feature key and receive Service Set Tone. The feature is canceled.
