Call Assistant Problem

I have just upgraded from IP406 to IP500V2 running the following:
IP Office Admin 8.1.(63)
One-X Portal server 8.1.91.12 on Windows Server 2008 R2
One-X Portal client 8.1.91.12 on XP and 7 PC's
Voicemail Pro Server 8.1.9016.0 on Windows Server 2008 R2

My problem is that the Call Assistant, on an incoming external call, does not display the Contact Name that is in the Personal Directory, only the phone number is displayed. On internal calls both the user name and extension number is displayed. Is this correct, I expected the Call Assistant to display names from the Personal Directory like Phone Manager Pro did.
