Call Apperances

Hello,

I have a R9 Definity Prologix and I am looking for a feature for one of our stations. We have a receptionist that would like to see if certain people are on the phone. I have set up a bridged apperance, however, that has caused some trouble as it allows her to take that call. Is feature that would allow her only to view if someone is on the phone and not get that call.

Give her a busy indicator. It acts additionally as an autodial to that station

Thanks... I was having a brain freeze and couldn't remember that very simple feature.
