Call Appearance hightlight bar is jumping between calls

Hi all,

I had a receptionist contact me with a strange issue.

Scenario:

She has a call on hold on CA 1
She is talking to a customer on CA 2
A call is ringing on CA 3

The dark highlight bar jumps from CA2 to CA3. You cannot press the associated button. You have to wait until either CA2 or CA3 is highlighted before you can do anything with that call. ie put CA2 on hold or answer CA3

it doesnt happen if both calls on CA1 and CA2 are on hold. Ca3 just rings normal and you can answer as you usually would.

Any thoughts?

What is the State of CA4?

At the time I tested there was no call coming in on CA4. It was just idle.
 
It's a check box against the user. This is basoc stuff.

I actually wrote that before checking. I found it. Thanks guys.
 
Hi all,

Just wanted to provide a status update. Under User->Telephony->Multi-Line Options, I checked Answer Pre-Select. After testing the highlight bar stopped jumping between Call Appearances.
