Can any supervisor use the Call Agent Key(key x RAG) to call an agent which is not related

to this supervisor??

Yes I believe so, I think you only need to know the position ID of the phone. I'm prepared to stand corrected on this one.
 
I tried that the supervisor press the call agent key followed by agent position id, but the problem that the supervisor key on agent set is ringing but the agent cannot answer the call?
 
Was the agent logged in at the time? I believe they need to be to answer.
 
Yes they r logged in
but they press the supervisor key(ASP key) but they cannot take the call it remains ringing :(
 
could it be a fimrware issue on digital sets??
