I have a customer that has IP Office with Tapit software.
406 4.2(20)
He wants the following call ctr reports
Call center performance reports:
90% of calls responded to w/in 30 seconds or less
Less than 5% abandonment rate
The IP Office does not spit out ring time.
Does anyone know of a work around?
The calls are answered on the first ring by the auto att
then directed to hunt groups or stations.
So the 30 seconds would start then.
They are willing to get new call management software.
Do they need to upgrade to a definity product?
