Can anyone recommend a simple call accounting package that works well with the IPO for:
Tracking users calls in and out
Total system calls in and out and trunk usaege(per hour).
Basically we want to know how many calls people are getting and making and how are trunk utilization is.

CCC? Thats funny PlatinumGuy, I hope you are kidding. I think CCC is the worst application that was ever put into development by avaya. Customers hate it too. They always feel like they got ripped off in comparison between what they pay for it and what they get out of it. And trying to make sense of the reports, forget it. Tapit, eCas, or call sweet are ones we sell as alternatives.

CCC is never designed to be used as a call accounting module, it has no facilities for that.
CCC is build for a small call center which handles a lot of incoming calls. For outgoing calls there is not much to find in CCC.

Please use Call Sweet. They are great to deal with and have a wonderful product. They even do the install for you remotely. Cheap too.

Stay tuned with them for a CCC like aplication that should do 99% of what call centers need for very little money.
