What program/s seems to be working well with Norstar?

ISI has the best call accounting solutions this side of the pecos

I have heard good things about ISI.

Most of my enterprise customers use RSI (

http://www.telecost.com).

I find that many are starting to realize that they don't have to pay thousands of dollars for the same performance. Call Accounting Mate (a shareware product) is decent. I found it first on the web but it is available at callaccounting.ws.

I have used Avotus in the past but find it expensive and difficult to install.

I also like VeramarK.

I found cintech's product to be Nortel centric and fairly outdated. I hope they have some new versions?

They used to be big with Forced/Verified Account Codes but then RSI took over in that space.

They also had a Universal product but I have not touched it in years.
