Call Accounting that Controls F9600?

Are there any "Call Accounting" packages that can talk back to the F9600? For example, if a users reaches a predefined $$ amount, the software will send a DEL AC command to the PBX to kill that person's ability to make long distance calls?

Their are software call accounting packages such as AtComm's popular CommView H software,

that has a credit limit feature. It will send an alert via a printer, e-mail or pager but does not communicate directly witht the PBX to change the class of service.
