Hi there,
I'm in the process of dumping my old TapIt call accounting system, it just doesn't seem to keep collecting, and the database constantly is overgrown and shuts down.
I'm running Communication Manager, S8800s with 3 remote sites.
DOes anyone have good suggestions for basic call accounting systems? I don't bill out anything, or really pay any attention to costing. We just use it to track high usage, or look for specific nusiance numbers when they turn up.
