call accounting software

With the IP Office system, which call accounting software integrates the best with the SMDR output csv file.
I'm using Tele-cost software but it gives me problems.
Any suggestions?

The translations are ready. We are currently working on the number plan for North America and the UK. We must have a trial version available within 3 weeks for both countries.

Out of curiosity, what problems are you experiencing with TeleCost? Maybe I can help.

I'm getting duplicate reports,
on several users they are getting billed for the same call 10 times or more.
It's not that stable.
With Tele-cost you also have to modify the SMDR.CSV file to SMDR_OUTPUT\(backup{YEAR}-{MM}-{YESTERDAY}).CSV
I found a software called CallAnaylist that integrates well.

I may be late but we are looking for hospitality and call accounting software to match up with the IP Office for our clients as well...we are in the UK so if you need any more trialists let me know.

I found Call Accounting Mate recently doing a web search -

It is completely web based and I love it. At around $375 it is a great deal too. At first I thought it was another toy but it is really good.

We use the Wintarrif software with the IP Office and we don't use the smdr.csv, we use the backup files. So the import is a day behind - no worries for most people.

The buy is $100 US from websites in the states. Works as a service, tarrifs easily modified, great product.
