Call accounting software for Avaya Partner System

T3 or any of the other fine individuals please help.

I’m (My customer) is using a Partner R 7.91 system with voice messaging.

They would like to track telephone usage via SMDR Card. If you want to read anything other than raw data, you need a CAS software package. The problem is everything available (I’ve tried the 4 most famous packages) works on the IPO and or Aura systems but not the Partner, or runs on obsolete software.

Any ideas? Please provide software name and download location (Company).

Metropolis Office Watch is what we used to use, they still list Partner, Legend, and Magix among their integrations
