Does anyone have a Call accounting system they would recommend?

Does anyone have a call account system they would not recommend?
 
We are currently using "ecas" by Veramark. This is a comprehensive accounting package. I particlarly like having the accessibility to login from any PC on our Lan that has a browser.I would recomend this package, I haven't found anything that it doesn't cover for us. I am running this on a G3rV11.

We are upgrading to V11 very shortly. What is needed to connect the call accounting software to that version of the switch? We're currently at V6, and i'd like to have this all interfaced over IP. But - i can make cables and use modems if need be to save $$. I need to do this as cheap as possible. Ive never worked with call accounting before, so this is all new to me how it interfaces and what's needed.

I would not recommend Cas for windows. I would recommend Micro call made by Micro tel. We went throgh about 6 months of meetings with vendors. This was our final choise. The most bang for the buck and very user friendly.

Stay away from MTS, for now. I think they still have some learning to do on their system before I would consider it worthy. MTS (located in Israel) took over Seattle based IntegraTrak, and the Seattle office is playing catchup in regards how the TABS system works. It has been very frustrating for out company. We are very close to dropping them and going with the Vermark solution.
 
I would like to recommend WinCall by TTI. We have been in the call accounting business for over 16 years. We can help you to install the system on any of the systems that you have mentioned. We can set up the buffer to be modem or IP or both, it would be up to you.

Try AtComm. They sell the same product CPE or as a hosted service. Neat thing about the hosted service is you can buy for a workgroup and only pay for that rather than the entire company if that is all you need. Been around a long time. The outsourced version is simple to set up and you can have a free trial
