We use Call Accounting in MAT Navigator to log all outgoing calls. I would like to now do the same for incoming calls. Can anyone walk me through the general steps on how to do this?
To track the outgoing calls, there is an external device that temporarily stores the information from the PBX. A PC then pulls the data from this external device at scheduled times.
