Call Accounting Issue - Help !!

Associated with prairiefyre reporting of EHDU extension.

We have an ext 3790 associated with EHDU 3806 and when logged in 3300 SMDR raw data, even though SMDR option has got EHDU enabled and praifiefyre appears to have sync'd to recognise EDHU ext's the raw data field is displaying the trunk number in the device dialling column when dialling via external system access number....

according to prairiefyre....the call accounting app can only report on data with the extension number appearing in the first column as the originating device.

Due to the call being external to access number the first colum is displaying the trunk number e.g. T101...

However the EHDU number does appear in the trace further on in another column.

Much appreciate any assistance on this.....currently got tickets opened with both Mitel and PF with no response so far....

can you give an example of the SMDR record you are trying to report on ...
typically the prairieFyre software will report on the extension showing up in the calling party field for outbound calls and the called party field for incoming calls.
