In our call accounting software (TAPIT) I don't see any incoming digits on the reports even though I see them on my phone display when the call comes in. How can I make this information appear on my call accounting reports?

Thank God for this Forum,

Kim

thanks John,

I did find it in ld 21, but now I'm going to ld 15 to.... chg IMPH from NO to YES and chg OMPH from NO to YES. Ultimately what I want is for incoming, outgoing, and internal calls to display caller ID info in our call accounting software. Have I missed a prompt that will need to be changed in addition to the ones I mention above?

Yes Techman it is turned on, what else is preventing me from getting this to show up on the call acct reports?

CDR=Yes
-INC=Yes

Kim

have you looked at the raw data coming directly from the switch?

When the CLID is provided by the far end, it is shown in
the user's digit display. As an option, CLID is included in CDR records. When
CLID is set to YES in LD 17, CLID is output in N (Normal) and S (Start)
records for both terminating and tandem nodes in an ISDN network

That did it!

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!

YOU GUYS ROCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!
