Hello!
can anyone help? We are using a mix of r4.6 and r5, and when certain people are setting up and meeting and invite others when selecting "find free time" get the error "no scheduling information for the requested invitees could be found at this time". There is no pattern between people on r4 and r5, as one 4.6 user can view one persons r5 calender but not others. The access control has been changed on all invitees, but free time should show anyway?
Any ideas?

Thanks guys...

Hi,

We start with the basics:
Do all people have the option "anyone can see my calendar" turned on in their mailbox preferences?

Then a little bit more advanced:
Are some people using a local replica? If yes: is the replication on their mailbox set in 2 directions? The default is 1 direction which will exchange e-mails correctly together with the "sent outgoing..." replication icon but it will not replicate calendar and scheduling information.

Very advanced now ;-)
Delete the scheduling database on the server (busytime.nsf) and restart the server. This will rebuild all free time information.

Kind regards,

Hi Dominik,

You are a star! It indeed seems the busytime.nsf was corrupt...it now all works perfectly!!

Thanks so much for your time and knowledge really really appreciated.

Thanks a million!
