Does anyone know if a wizard exists, (or knows of the code) that would take information from a table regarding the arrival and departure dates of groups (i.e. the Boy Scouts are arriving on Friday, May 25 and leaving on sunday, May 27) and place them on a calendar. There could be more than one group coming or going on same day. Thanks!

Do a search in this forum (look at the tabs at the top of the main page). Type in calendar. There have been solutions to this kind of problem discussed here before that may help you out. As for whether they were a wizard, I don't think so, but you may be able to get someone elses form(s) and code and be able to build to suit. Brambojr
