I have so many appointments that it is cutting them off in day view. There is no way to scroll or anything to get to the rest of them. I have tried all kinds of views. Anyone know how to fix this or a workaround. I can see them in the events view but I need to see them in the day or week view.

Thanks

If you are using Outlook, you can either make the pane for the appointments wider by grabbing the right border of that pane with the mouse and moving it or use a view like Day/Week/Month with AutoPreview.

That will give you more information in your view. Another option is to enable the Preview Pane (View|Preview Pane) which will display information for the selected
appointment.

Appointment text will wrap around.

It doesn't matter if I see the details or not. Everything I need to see is there except I can't see some of the appointments. These are all day appointments and there are about 25 of them. I can only see about 15 of them on the screen in day view and there is no way to scroll to the rest of them or make the screen or section any bigger. They are there if you got to the EVENTS view though. This is outlook 2003. Try it on yours.

Do you have a filter enabled on your views? If yes, try disabling it to see if this helps.

No filters are on. Did you try it on your pc?

I did; and I can see all my appointments just fine...
What is your screen resolution? Have you installed the most recent service packs for your outlook?

Screen is 1280 by 800. Corporate does all the updates for everything through SMS. You could see 20 appointments?

have you got the reading pane on ?

Laters, phat, headshape

no. I found an article from microsoft which admits the problem and there is no fix. The only thing that helped a little (it showed like 3 more appointments) was getting rid of the toolbars at the top.
