Calendar view not showing calendar

When I click on my calendar to view my calendar, the view show me the view of one of my floders with the mails inside. I am unable to see my calendar. How do I solve this problem.

I have tiried uninstalling and reistalling the notes client but still it does not work. I tried opening the calendar from the server using the administrator user but the calendar still cannot be displayed.

Is this a newly created database or is it an old one that this problem has just occurred in?

One of the things I'd take a look at is refreshing the design from your server's template. That may reset the view problems - this is presuming that someone hasn't incorrectly made changes to the template!

It might be you have created a folder called calendar. If this is the case you need to delete that folder and it should work. The calendar view is just that, a view and so if notes finds a folder called calendar it will use that view first.

Thanks Jack. There was a calendar folder being created. So I guess that means we are not suppose to create a folder name calendar in Lotus Notes???
