Yes it's possible. The calendar would need the permissions altered to accomodate modify permissions for the person who's accessing it. To view another calendar, within Outlook go to file, Open, Other User's Folder. Here you will need to specify the name of the mailbox and type of folder.
Don't forget while granting permissions to your calendar you will also need to add that user in Delegates. You can do that under Tools, Options, Delegates Tab. From there you can assign what they are able to do in your calendar. Also if you are wondering where permissions are for the calendar you need to right click the Calendar, properties, Permissions Tab. Make sure that "make this folder visiable" is selected also. Once you have done both delegates and permissions you can add view the calendar by doing rschic suggestion. One thing to keep in mind though. If you use rschic suggestion you will need to do that everytime you want to view the calendar. If you would like the users to only have to add this one time you click Tools, Services, Highlight Exchange, Properties, Advanced Tab, and click Add. Then type the name of the user there. -Brad
