Calendar Question..

Guys,

I have a public folder called call diary and i enter events into this. What i would like to do is each time i enter an event into this public folder i would like it to automatically go into my inbox calendar is this possible.

I know that i can manually do this but is there a way to automatically do it

When you create the appointment invite youreslf to it and when you send it it will prompt you asking if you want to update your calendar with the appointment.
