Calendar double booking

Any pointers on trouble shooting a double booking issue on calendars in Exchange 2003?

User calendar, resource calendar?
Direct booking, auto accept agent?

And, is it a manager/secretary, delegate rights on mailbox scenario??

User calendar. Actually have calendars set up for conference rooms. And for some reason users are allowed to double book. Not sure how to resolve.

If you are using direct booking on the conference room calendar then make sure you have the box ticked to disallow conflicting meetings.

Could be that user has also ticked the direct booking box to accept any meeting requests that come their way without checking the disallow conflicts box as well.

If you are using the auto-accept agent then conflicts would be disallowed automatically.
