Calculating Fiscal Year July 1 to June 30

I am fairly new to crystal and I need some help creating a formula that will calculate the the number of Calls that we have received in a FY.

Our FY starts 1st July and ends 30th June.

(I will probably use a cross-tab). I suppose what I really need is the formula that will calculate the FY.

The field that holds the date is a date/time field.

The reports needs to look something like this:

FY No. Of Calls
------- ------------
1999/2000 170
2000/2001 200
2002/2003 450

Can anyone please help.
PS.. Using Crystal 8.5.
