Hi,

I have created an expression to calculate the individual items of a customers invoice:

Expr1: [tblClientInvoices]![InvoiceCost]+[tblClientInvoices]![InvoiceCost2]+[tblClientInvoices]![InvoiceCost3]+[tblClientInvoices]![InvoiceCost4]+[tblClientInvoices]![InvoiceCost5]

as you can see this gives me the total cost for the customers invoice.

I would now like to total all of the invoices for that particular client and havent got a clue where to start?

Please can somebody point me in the right direction as Im very new to Access and had plenty of trouble getting the Expr1 to work :(

Thanks very much in advance,

JJ

This seemed to work?
