Calculate average calls per day(Genesys CCA)

Hi Guys

I need to calculate the avarage calls for an agent E.g.

Total amount of calls
--------------------- = Average calls
Days worked

But i'm having trouble calculating "Days worked"

Please assist.

Is your "days worked" a calculated field? What are the tables you're using from the Genesys Datamart? If you can provides some additional information I'll try to help anyway I can.
