Cajun VxWorks eded with an exception

Is this thing toast.

Connecting with a console cable, I get

VxWorks ended with an exception. Attaching to interface ...


it repeats, reboots.

Is there a way to get into the factory config on this at this stage and clear what is there, or it the unit fried beyond use?

It's a P333T, I'm not sure what version is on it, though I thought it was fairly recent.

I'm having this same problem with an Avaya P334T.

I get the following message on my serial console:

Run from bank B

Attaching network interface lo0... done.
Last run ended with vxWorks exception:

D
*
-------------------

Then the switch seems to reboot and give the following messages every 30 seconds:

Run from bank B

Attaching network interface lo0... done.
-------------------

I also notice that the sys light is off and the opr and pwr lights are lit.

Any ideas? I'de really like to use this thing but can't get into it to configure.

I've tried getting this thing to boot from Bank A by pressing the two buttons and the FIV switch, per the user guide. Nothing different happens.

Am I hosed?
