Cajun P120 Software Upgrade

I have a Cajun P120 that I am trying to upgrade the software to the latest version (p120v310). I have been able to tftp the update to the P120 and reset the system, but when I execute the command 'show module' it reports that only "Bank B" has been updated to 3.1. "Bank A" is still reporting version 1.0.

How can I update both Banks with the p120v310 upgrade?

Yes... I have rebooted the switch. From my research Bank A seems to be the backup O/S (in case the normal O/S on Bank B fails for some reason). I have yet to figure out how to upgrade it.
