We have various applications running on terminal services and there are regular updates, reports modified etc. and quite often users continue to see files and reports in their original form, even though they have been modified.

Is it possible that terminal services is caching files and someone is seeing an old version? This is just a stab in the dark and the problem may lie elsewhere, but it is very odd.

Thanks.

You are correct, there is an option for bitmap chaching under the experience tab of the RDP client. If you turn this off it may be a little bit slower but might solve your issue.

Good Luck!
