I have two users whose Outlook Inbox suddenly stopped syncing with the Exchange server. They both use Outlook 2003 in cached mode and we use Exchange server 2000. The other seven users' Outlook works fine under the same setup, and these two users with the problem had worked fine up until this morning.
I have since turned off cached mode for these two users in the interim, but would like to be able to turn it back on for them as they both use their laptops offline.
Any shove in the right direction would be much appreciated!
