All,

I have a report that is scheduled to run every day early in the morning(around 3:00 AM).This report used to kick of on time as per the schedule at 3:00 AM, run for few hours and get cached after executing.

But from last few days the report kicks of on schedule and after running for few hours the report fails to get cached. There is no error message whatsoever.

Just wondering what might be happening and also how to troubleshoot.

If any one has any idea about this, please let me know.

Thanks.

Dataover load?

Cache on server consumed all the memory?

Has time limit for report execution exceeded?

When you run this report and send it to your history list, what is the size of the cache generated?

Actually there were too many reports that were scheduled to run in the same time range. This was consuming too much of cache memory size,I guess. So I removed all the unwanted and duplicate schedules. So today morning, the report in question had run on time and was cached. So I hope, the problem is fixed for now.

Thanks to all for your valuable advise and suggestions.
