Cache Memory Allocator Out of Available Memory during a backup.

I have a Netware 6.5 SP5 server running ArcServe 11.1 SP2 that keeps getting the error: "Cache Memory Allocator Out of Available Memory" during my backup. The backup is running to an external USB hard drive setup as a FSD. It has been a different NLM each time. Any ideas?

add RAM to the server.

I have 4 gig in the server. Sorry, I should have mentioned that.
