cabling horror story 5

so haven't posted in a while guys but thought you all would enjoy this. This guy charged 25% of what we did for a small cable job. The company went with him saying cable is just cable. He also tried to sell them an ip office which they went with us because they knew better. He claimed he was avaya certified. When i asked him which certification, he said AF3000. LOL

Oh and when i asked him why nothing was even labeled, he asked me why it should be.

That cabling job... Was he serious? That looks like a sad joke. From the patch panel in the wire tray to the lack of vertical supports.
