Cable & Wireless isdn 30 issue

The system is IP500 V2 on 8.0(43) with 16 series handsets and 3 x isdn30 circuits. 1 with BT 1 with Colt and 1 with Cable&Wireless. BT and COlt circuits work perfect inbound and outbound. C&W works fine inbound but i can only dial out by programming the Line ID under a button ie Line Appereance 731. I'm not able to dial out normally. It's not automatically trunk selecting and dialing out. All i get is waiting for line, in the handset display. I've swapped the circuits round, to check the PRIU cards and the programming and everything is fine. C&W are saying everything there end is fine, but clearly not and i'm at a loss?

Any help or point in another direction would be great.

check you outgoing group ID is set correctly and matches your short-code to dial via C&W

as much as I hate to say it if you can select a channel from a line appearance key (ugh, wash my mouth out) then the circuit must be operational

A Maintenance contract is essential, not a Luxury.
Do things on the cheap & it will cost you dear

Shortcodes
3N Dial N (ID)0 (To bypass ARS)
4N Dial N (ID)1 (To bypass ARS)
5N Dial N (ID)2 (To bypass ARS)
? . Dial (ID) 50

If i dial out using 4N i recieve waiting for line, all other shortcodes work fine on dialing out. But like i say programming a Line Appereance button 731 and press that i can dial out so physically trunk selecting on that circuit is fine but auotmatically picking up a trunk doesn't work.
Inbound ddi's work fine.
There must be some kind of setup issue with the C&W circuit?

what do you see in System Status for that trunk?

did you ever resolve this issue with C&W as we have exactly the same issue, of course C&W have told us it's a system problem, however like you, we also have another ISDN Circuit that works perfectly, and the C&W lines are unable to dial out but receive perfectly.
we see isdn error code 82 in our traces.

Have you tried setting up the ISDN30 circuit as ETSI CHI. I know C&W tend to have a few quirks

If you use a line key and it works fine then change the trunk to ETSI CHI and my guess it will work with ARS as well then.
